Hosting and server logs

The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki (Finland, EU). The web server stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for at most 14 days to keep the service secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Fonts

Fonts are served from our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.

Contact and request forms

When you write to us through a form, we process your details (e.g. name, email, message; for organizer requests also organisation, city and preferred dates) to answer you. The message is forwarded to us by email via Mailjet (Sinch, servers in the EU). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR. We delete the data once the request is settled and no retention duties apply.

We need your email address for the newsletter. After signing up you receive an email with a confirmation link (double opt-in); only then are you added. We store the time of sign-up and confirmation. We run the list ourselves with listmonk on our own server in the EU; emails are sent via Mailjet. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

YouTube videos

Videos are first shown only as a preview image from our own server. Only when you click a video is it loaded from youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Ltd.), which transmits data such as your IP address to Google. Legal basis: your consent by clicking, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Links to social networks and WhatsApp

Links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp are plain links. Data is only transmitted once you click a link and open the provider's page, where its own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in your country of residence. Just write to info@healthyvision.online.
