The method

Seeing can be trained.

Your eyes never work alone. Circulation, posture, tension and habits all shape how well we see. That's why I don't work only with the eyes, but with the whole person.

Eye-Diamond: four building blocks, one approach

01

Qigong for the eyes

Gentle exercises for circulation, vascular tone and energy — even two minutes make a noticeable difference.

02

Yoga

Flexibility and strength for the whole body as a foundation for relaxed vision.

03

Deep relaxation

Releasing physical and mental blocks that keep the eyes under constant strain.

04

Posture correction

Head, neck and spine help determine how well the eyes are supplied.

Who it is for

  • Short-sightedness and astigmatism
  • Long-sightedness and presbyopia
  • Screen work and tired eyes
  • Retina and optic nerve
  • Lens and circulation
  • Children and teenagers

How you practise

About 30 minutes a day. The load is designed so that the exercises work without straining you. On top of that there is joint training online or in a seminar — every exercise is shown, practised together and corrected. We work in small groups.

The group carries you. Sharing with others and seeing their progress is often the best reason to keep going.

Frequently asked questions

I've worn glasses for decades. Is this still for me?

People aged 6 to 80 have worked with the method. What matters is less how long you have worn glasses than whether you are ready to practise for about 30 minutes a day.

Do I have to stop wearing my glasses?

No. You work at your own pace; exercises and recommendations are adapted to your starting point.

Can I practise after eye surgery?

Yes, guided by how you feel: watch for tension and dose the load.

Does this replace my eye doctor?

No. The programmes are educational and training offers. If you have symptoms, have them checked by a doctor first.
